How booking works

A simple, no-pressure process from first message to event day.

  1. Send your request. Share your date, location, headcount, and what you have in mind on the Book the Truck form (or call us).
  2. We confirm availability. We'll check the calendar for your date and reach out.
  3. You get a quote. We put together a menu and pricing built around your event.
  4. Reserve your date. Once you approve, we lock it in. (A deposit may be required to hold your date โ€” to be confirmed with the owner.)
  5. You're booked. We coordinate timing, setup, power, and parking details ahead of the day.
  6. Event day. We arrive, set up, and serve fresh, made-to-order food โ€” you enjoy the party.
